Steve Randall, MD

Dr. Steve E. Randall is fellowship-trained and board-certified in interventional pain management. He is also board-certified in sports medicine, family medicine and chiropractic.

As a quadruple board-certified physician, Dr. Randall uses his extensive training to treat many pain syndromes of the spine and extremities. His expertise includes epidurals, sympathetic nerve blocks, radiofrequency denervation, spinal cord stimulator implants and kyphoplasty for vertebral fractures.

Todd Farris, DC

Todd Farris, DC, has treated and cared for injured patients at The Broadway Clinic Accident Care in Oklahoma City since 1998. He brings years of experience treating patients injured in auto and motorcycle accidents. Through various chiropractic techniques and healing modalities, he helps patients alleviate their pain and recover from their injuries.

Dr. Farris earned his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and his graduate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He is married with two adult children.

Randall Schubert, DC

Dr. Schubert began his professional chiropractic career in 1997 after graduating from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX. Before that, he was a physics teacher at Oklahoma State University and Heritage Hall Upper School. He established a successful chiropractic family practice in Warr Acres, Oklahoma, while pursuing post-graduate training and certifications in clinical nutrition, functional medicine, chiropractic orthopedic and extremity disorders. In 2006 Dr. Schubert joined a multidisciplinary pain management practice, where he worked together with medical pain management physicians to bring an interdisciplinary approach to patients recovering from injury and chronic pain. During his 11-year practice with the pain management

group, Dr. Schubert received special training and certification in performing Pain-fiber Nerve Conduction Studies, which identify the neurological origins and location of acute or chronic pain and makes performing interventional pain management procedures, such as spine injections, more precise and effective. 

Dr. Schubert joined the team at The Broadway Clinic in 2019, performing Pain-fiber Nerve Conduction Studies and serving as Rehabilitation Director at The Broadway Clinic Accident Care facility in south Oklahoma City. 

Dr. Schubert is the acting president of the Unified Chiropractic Association of Oklahoma, the state's largest and longest-standing chiropractic professional association.

In his free time, Dr. Schubert enjoys teaching and practicing karate and jujitsu, camping and fishing or spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Michelle Meadows, APRN-CNP, FNP

Michelle Meadows, APRN-CNP, FNP

Michelle Meadows is a native of South America, born in Mendoza, Argentina. She grew up in Argentina and Ecuador before moving to Oklahoma in 2002. Mrs. Meadows obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Central University in 2010. She spent her early career as a registered nurse working in medical/surgical units. Mrs. Meadows earned her Master of Science degree from Spring Arbor University in 2020 and is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

While living in Ecuador with her husband in 2010 and 2011, she also served as a volunteer registered nursing consultant in the founding efforts of Casa Elizabeth, an adolescent pregnancy crisis center in Quito, Ecuador. The pregnancy center was the first of its kind in Ecuador and still provides care and refuge for disenfranchised teen mothers and their infants, many of whom are victims of human trafficking. 

With her passion for nurturing others, she thrives by treating the Broadway Clinic’s Accident Care and FedCare patients. She finds tremendous joy in working with a solid team of professionals who share her dedication to seeing patients achieve and maintain optimal health and quality of life.

In her personal life, Mrs. Meadows prioritizes time with her husband and two daughters. Her commitment to faith and family is the core of her character and primes her to better serve others in her professional capacity as a healthcare provider at The Broadway Clinic.
